Samantha Fitzgerald: Managing Director

I founded Dynamic Education in 2005 to bring together my background in health education and creative communication. With a Masters in education technology, postgrad quals in further education, and theatre, I create practical, tailored content for healthcare professionals and patients. I've led a national primary healthcare organisation, sit on the board of Violence Prevention Australia, and work with clients across health and community sectors. I’m especially interested in how AI can enhance learning and continue to draw on my experience as a professional actor to make education clear, engaging and human.

Megan Willis: Content Development Lead

Since 2008, I've been creating clear, practical education for healthcare professionals through Dynamic Education. With a background in general practice and community care, I translate complex ideas into engaging, relatable content using real-life examples and storytelling. I also run a newborn portraiture business, bringing a creative eye to everything I do.

Beth Mitchell: Graphic & Creative Design

I started at Dynamic Education at 15 as an apprentice, and now I combine my passion for art, video, and photography to create engaging visuals that bring our educational content to life. From videos and presentations to UI design, I focus on making learning clear, accessible, and visually strong. I thrive on collaboration, love pushing creative boundaries, and always keep an eye on new trends and tech to keep our work fresh and impactful.

May Splettstoesser: Research & Evaluation

Since 2018, I’ve brought a love of data and detail to Dynamic Education, turning stakeholder insights into clear, actionable strategies. With a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Master of Public Health, I combine strong research skills with practical understanding to guide evidence-based decisions. I dig deep into the numbers, conduct interviews, and uncover patterns that help shape and improve educational experiences across every project.

Tania Weier: Administration & Finance

With a background in business banking and admin, I bring strong organisational and financial skills to Dynamic Education. I also manage my husband’s building business, using tools like Xero to stay on top of bookkeeping and operations. From scheduling to streamlining workflows, I help keep things running smoothly and support the team to deliver great education.
